Fix remaining openssl paths for mac documentaiton #377

Description? Context? What does "Fix remaining openssl paths" mean? Thanks!

This is in reference to the mac documentation; however, I no longer think this would work if we don't brew install openssl. The current mac documentation for installing the mysql-client states that we need a brewed openssl then symlink openssl *.dylib files to brew install mysql-client.

I also refer to the same documentation in https://github.com/Bioconductor/BBS/issues/378#issuecomment-1832644995.

I'm going to close for now since it's not clear what to do and will reopen if needed.
