Spacing after end-of-sentence in some messages #162

These lines https://github.com/Bioconductor/BiocCheck/blob/2ce2cafe34373a95532dca40074467b47dd57287/R/checks.R#L1610-L1611 don't insert a space correctly between the first and second sentences of the note

* Checking function lengths...
    * NOTE: Recommended function length <= 50 lines.There are 1
      functions > 50 lines.

There are other examples, e.g.,

* Checking man page documentation...
    * NOTE: Usage of dontrun{} / donttest{} found in man page
      examples.50% of man pages use one of these cases.
