Small fixes to documentation #53

Thank you for fixing the typos. exact=TRUE is only needed if there are special characters but it seems like a good change to advertise

I think it's safer for URLs which can often get messy, and also avoids the possibility of multiple query results in common situations like getting the .bam and .bam.bai when querying for just the .bam.
