Add Trans flag-colored Bioconductor sticker #120

Added sticker to Bioconductor/ folder. Added myself as maintainer in the Bioconductor/README.rd. Added this sticker to the main README.rd.

Also applies fixes to the dittoSeq sticker that had been bothering me (resolution changed to the typical range of others' stickers & transparent space on left side was removed.)
