Since it's going to take place in Boston - I already designed one for BioC 2020 for Boston, but then COVID-19 kicked in and we had to change the sticker.
Maybe it would still fit? See issue #99 for more details - specifically here for the sticker.
If that sticker would be still of interest I could continue to work on that?
Imho, it looks great! The only change is to make year 2023. Johannes, if you can fix it, I'll add it to the test website https://bioc2023-test.netlify.app/ and everyone can discuss on the next meeting (December 13, I guess).
@mdozmorov here is a quick fix for the year
If this is acceptable I would work a bit to clean up the drawing and maybe expand the skyline in the background to the full sticker width. I could then also, like for the EuroBioC 2023 in Heidelberg, make versions with different border colors.
Looks great! https://bioc2023-test.netlify.app/. I think any new additions will be welcome, and we can have more than one (three total) to show on the carousel.
Here's the updated sticker - again, feedback is welcome (don't know who's on the organizing committee - maybe @csoneson @lwaldron @aedin ?)
I think this is awesome. And re-reading the thread from 2020 I think we concluded that we should be fine with the B from the copyright point of view?
We can ask for feedback on Slack, it looks great!
Yes, copyright should be OK, because this "B" is quite different to the official "B".
These would be the alternative versions:
Both look great! Added.
OK, I will wait 1-2 days more for potential feedback and then add them to the repo.
We just talked about this in the committee meeting, we loved it and the rainbow border was most popular. I don't think there is any trademark concern.
Thanks for letting me know @lwaldron ! I will then proceed adding the stickers to the BioC stickers repo. Let me know if you need anything else.

Stickers are in events/Bioc2023/
Time to make the BioC2023 logo. The conference information gives some details about the venue. Johannes @jorainer, Marcel @LiNk-NY, would you like to help? Or, anybody else?
