Sticker for the EuroBioC2024 conference in Oxford, UK.

Thanks for the PR - but can you please make a folder "EuroBioc2024" in the events folder and add the stickers there? Also, please add a README.md there (check the other conference folders for examples). Finally, please also add a link to the sticker/folder in the main README.md of the repo (in the Stickers of events section).

Thanks for the instructions, all files should now be in the right place and the links should work.

Wait, while I was checking this I realized that a sticker/EuroBioC2024 folder was already added by @LiNk-NY - can you please replace that (and update the README if needed)?

So, essentially, seems like you should just cross-check that the content in the README.md is OK for you. If so, I can merge.
