Fix indenting issues and removed verbose measurements next to 0 values

Thanks a lot for your contribution! Let me apologize first for not getting back to you earlier.

I appreciate the time you took to clean up the measurements specification. Regarding the indentation issue: this is actually not a bug, but rather a feature ;) The design concept of the style was such that only the structuring elements like document title or section headings stick out on the left margin, while the actual document content appears indented. Document authors and date are considered to belong to the latter category and as such align with the paragraphs. This formatting is shared across HTML and PDF output as the illustrated by the following screenshots.

However, there is actually an indentation issue with the abstract in the HTML style, as evident from the above (the abstract should align with the paragraphs the same way as in the LaTeX version). Feel free to modify your PR to include a fix for it.
