add 'td > img' style to display images in table cells

Fixes the padding of <img> in table cells <td>. Example: https://github.com/kevinrue/Bioc2019-iSEE-workshop/blob/master/vignettes/iSEE-lab.Rmd#L411 Without this fix, images are not visible. The web inspector reveals that images are indeed embedded in the HTML page, but with height=0px.
