201_Love_DESeq2.Rmd #21

I'm creating an issue for each workshop, to be closed when both 1) the workshop is complete, and 2) it compiles without problems. Please note any problems and status updates here.

Not sure why the references for this workshop aren't rendered on the github.io side, e.g.:

The references render when I build my Rmd alone in a temp directory on my computer, and my bib file is listed in the _bookdown.yml

Hi Mike, @mikelove This is an old build of the book. We had some issues on our end with the build server. I will be pushing up builds ASAP.
