Yes, they are two different packages. Both of them were initially submitted to the old system tracker before, MODA has been assigned to Martin and AMOUNTAIN to Dan. It seems that I should not open new issues for them since they are under review now. Sorry about the usage of new system.

yes increment the version number (to 0.99.5) and update the existing issue on the old tracker
