this looks like it should be implemented in conjunction with the maintainer in RRHO rather than submitted as a new package. In addition, the current package does not follow Bioconductor standards in several ways, including absence of a vignette and use of inappropriate package name (from the package guidelines, "Avoid names that are easily confused with existing package names, or that imply a temporal (e.g., ExistingPackage2) or qualitative (e.g., ExistingPackagePlus) relationship").
