bplapply not imported #4

@hpages bplapply is used internally but not imported in the NAMESPACE, resulting in failures in packages that depend on DelayedArray, e.g., https://support.bioconductor.org/p/104747/

Fixed in DelayedArray 0.5.16. Thanks @mtmorgan for letting me know.
