Update registration #9

This updated the main registration page to indicated that the conference is now full. I've also added a "hidden" registration form that can be sent to people with the abstract acceptance email incase they haven't registered already.

Looks great, thanks, Mike! Yes, the hidden form can be accessed at /submission-registration, I didn't know about the 'X-Robots-Tag' value.
