This group will focus on mass-spectrometry assays, and more specifically proteomics and metabolomics. Given that there will be presentations and posters focusing on infrastructure for raw data manipulation and processing, it is anticipated that several participants will be interested in low-level infrastructure. It is however also possible to consider statistical, quantitative or identification aspects of the proteomics pipeline, if deemed more relevant, depending on the audience. Alternatively, we could envision to have 2 or more sub-groups.
