Permission for SweaveToRmd #27

Hi, I'm volunteering with Sweave2Rmd and we're trying to replace all Bioconductor Sweave vignettes R Markdown vignettes. Would you be willing to accept a pull request with the R Markdown version of GenomicAlignments? I also wanted to ask if you can assign this to me on the board? Thanks for your time.

@SunSummoner Sorry for missing this issue. If you'd still like to work on a vignette, we typically make assignments at https://github.com/orgs/Bioconductor/projects/2. The only vignette needing conversion is GenomicAlignmentsIntroduction.Rnw in this repository. Let me know if you'd like to work on it.

@jwokaty Can you assign it to me? Thank you! I was also interested in contributing for the outreachy cohort next summer and many people in the community suggested this would be good start.

I am sorry I completely missed this issue. I did complete another which you closed a few months ago but forgot about this. If you are okay I'd like to work on this.
