I had to make these changes in order to find the right tables at UCSC when doing the latest annotation build.

Thx Jim and sorry for the delay. Wanted to take the time to make sure that having duplicated entries in the tablename column of .ALL_SUPPORTED_TX_TABLES was ok. Just did some testing today and it actually seems to work fine so we're good.

Now fixed in devel (GenomicFeatures 1.43.2, d96a57ecd486df3ddc2c5db520d02a9bc8490acc) and release (GenomicFeatures 1.42.1).
