Fixes to CITE-seq QC section #48

Need to explain why we use a different QC scheme for that dataset, related to the number of markers.

Need to distinguish "suggested" and "optional" approaches.

Also mention filtering on the entropy to remove droplets with lots of coverage. Probably would require some adjustment for the ambient coverage; probably want to recycle the same code used inside hashedDrops().
