Incorrect results for /packages/stats/data-annotation.html /packages/stats/data-annotation.html /packages/stats/workflows.html

the corresponding software a/k/a bioc page /packages/stats/index.html is correct.

The data-annotation and data-experiment index pages show no resutls. This is the result in a conversion error when creating the seed data for the new packages table. Specifically, the column packages.category should not have included the "data/" prefix. Example: 'data/annotation' should be 'annotation'.

However, workflows properly reports 33 packages, as reported in workflows_pkg_scores.tab. (The old version has many more, but tThe new version disregards packages that were redirected but have the wrong category.) This strongly suggests a defect while composing or rendering the page. This may affect all categories but only is conspicuous in the thinly populated workflows category.

Actions:

  1. For data-annotations and data-experiment: fix seed data and rerun initial data load.
  2. Identify and remediate composing/rendering issue(s). Probably in stats.show_package_summary and/or templates/category.html
