The Italian version uses the phrase "Codice di Buon Condotta" for "Code of Conduct".
I think that a more common translation is "Codice di Comportamento".

Yeah, maybe it's way more better "Codice di Comportamento" or "Codice di Buon Comportamento". First one sounds better btw...
