Updating the CoC basing it on the newest version (v. 1.2.0) of the en-US.Rmd and on the proposed issue https://github.com/Bioconductor/bioc_coc_multilingual/issues/54

@drisso and/or @federicomarini , Could you please give it a fast read, in particular on the last two sections (I just translated them) ?

I can't understand what is wrong with this PR. I've updated the github action and 3 other PRs worked today. Can you check again locally please?
