The commit comment at https://github.com/Bioconductor/packagebuilder/commit/6e703991b02180d96cdaf6952d2a1f41f4583eed seems to have no relevance to the content (might be a mistake).

Can you look at it and fix it if it is wrong. (git rebase -i ect.). You can force push to this pull request, then it can be merged, the content looks fine.
