Helicopsyche ref/vernacular

There seems to be multiple problems with how (in some very specific cases for now) taxons are handled in bdqc_taxa and/or api.taxa. Specifically, the taxon "Helicopsyche" presents multiple issues:

• [x] With the automated GBIF injection, Helicopsyche was also injected in taxa_obs as "Helicopsyche von". Need to dig in gbif_insert functions to spot why.
• [x] Helicopsyche von was manually updated to scientific_name = Helicopsyche and authorship = von Siebold, 1856. (Still need to understand why in the GBIF injection code it was parsed as so.
• [x] When matching in taxa_ref, ITIS returns the subgenus "Helicopsyche von" (when von is part of the authorship "von Siebold 1856). This should not be a bug on our part, but maybe we still need to fix it...
• [x] When in the taxa_vernacular refresh, "Helicopsyche" matches to "Helicopsyche vongsombathi" from WikiData. Need to fix.

For the issue with the return of Helicopsyche von from ITIS, I opened an issue on gnverifier and Dimus from GlobalNames (organixation gnames, repo gnverifier) said they are working on renewing data sources and he will verify if this error is from his ITIS import script. Should be fix in a couple of weeks. To monitor!
