Valid_scientific_name from cdpnq when available #7

CDPNQ : Libellula julia should be valid name as accepted by cdpnq #7

I think this could be fix just by adding the entry Libellula julia to the cdpnq_odonates and cdpnq_odonates_fts tables in SQLite in bdqc-taxa. But, I can't find the original list of names for the odonates to see if there are any specific vernacular names related to Libellula julia. Waiting on Vincent to be back to find this list.

@vincent-beauregard-ielab est-ce qu'on sait d'où vient originalement cet issue? Parce que Libellula julia n'existe pas dans la table cdpnq_odonates, et il est donc normal qu'il ne match pas. Ladona julia existe toutefois dans la table cdpnq_odonates.

Fixed, as Libellula julia is matching with Ladona julia which is the accepted valid names from CDPNQ in their odonate list.
