Fix messed up hierarchies #114

Something happened to the BFO based hierarchies. Problems include:

taxonomic identification process not a subclass of planned process
Location not an independent continuant
bfo:process shows up twice

This must be because the reasoner was not run. Once reasoned over, this issue is solved. I just need to make sure the release process includes reasoning.
