打开dweb后，窗口会向左移动 #141

这个是因为会记忆化窗口的问题，可以缩小一下窗口，让窗口不要那么大,就不会被tarBar动画顶过去了

这是因为DwebBrowser全屏之后关闭了应用，下次再打开的时候记忆住了之前的全屏状态，但是窗口因为taskbar的原因会向移动导致有部分窗口向左移出了屏幕，resize一下就好了，下个版本修复这个问题
