@waterbang swap从A钱包断开连接，然后点击连接钱包，选择B钱包，无法连接上，打比方说，连接cot情况，然后断开连接，然后连接btgm钱包，无法连接上钱包，如图报错 image

这个问题正在排查，目前只有windows平台会出现
