BioinfoMachineLearning / MULTICOM3

The software system of improving AlphaFold2- and AlphaFold-Multimer-based protein tertiary & quaternary structure prediction. It was developed by the Bioinformatics and Machine Learning Lab at the University of Missouri. It was blindly tested in CASP15 and ranked among the best server predictors in 2022. It improves AlphaFold's accuracy by 5-10%.

Hello,

thank you for publishing your alphafold2-multimer extension code. I've gotten a request to install on an HPC cluster and had a minor request - would it be possible to tag a commit as release? We generally prefer to have semantically versioned releases for reproducibility rather than just a commit hash.

Thanks, Wolfgang (NIH HPC)

Thanks for using our MULTICOM3 system. We are in the final round of testing our system for the monomer/multimer pipelines. We will release an official version of the software (v1.0) once we have ensured that all the components in our system are functional. For future updates, we will also assign another version number for the MULTICOM3 system if needed.

Thanks for using our MULTICOM3 system. We are currently testing our system for the monomer/multimer pipelines. We will release an official version of the software once we have made sure that all the components in our system are functional.
