Additional information on low-cost open access publishing #20

During the eLife Innovation Sprint 2020, we plan to extend the Low-cost Open Access table to incorporate information on all life sciences. Currently, the table contains information on journals whose scope is mostly computational biology.

We will use this Google document to capture the additional information before we add it to the Affordabee site which will host the content of this repo.
