Guidelines for entering data in the Open-access table #3

Closed wanjauk closed 6 years ago

wanjauk commented 6 years ago

We need to create the steps which contributors can follow to enter data in the Open-access table. This will ensure accuracy and consistency of the data entered.

I agree, @wanjauk. Would you guide us on some of the guidelines you had in mind? I have added the table, but it needs to be edited so that it can fit into one page. This can be done by using lists.

wanjauk commented 6 years ago

@kipkurui Yes, I can get us started by creating a markdown document with some of the guidelines and all of us can contribute to it. I'll also try to edit the table using lists as you have advised. Thanks

I have added the data entry guidelines. I have reduced the number of columns we had to five and tried to capture all the relevant and useful details in them . You are welcome to contribute ideas on the look of the table and the information it conveys as per the guidelines and any improvements we can make. After we capture all we need to do in the guidelines we can then edit the Open Access table. @karegapauline Please check to see whether we are still on track as a team. Thanks

This is great.

Good work Kennedy @wanjauk; thank you for taking the initiative. I agree with the criteria as you have outlined. @karegapauline Since the table has to be summarized, could you assign someone to write a report that would capture the finding of your group, including information that may not be included in the table.

Good progress @wanjauk, keep at it.
