Does removing factor 2 reduce the ncRNA findings..? #25

Description of the issue: In deseq of separate clusters we get the processes of rRNA processing and metabolic process and ncrna. These processes are evident in the uncorrected with cell types.

Results of the analysis: removing factor 2 does not remove them from the uncorrected they are still there. It is confirmed that they are not related to technical effects but with cell type differences
