If the user has added the new email in the badgr account in account settings before applying to change of email with us, they may not loose any badges and reissue of badges may not be required.
That's the expected behavior. They don't need a badgr account to use our service -- and the badges will be tied to the email they use with us, not the one they make a badgr account with.
Create a form for changing the email in the settings -- will also require warnings for the user as they will lose their badges and will have to re-verify their account.. We could also implement a system to reissue badges to the user under the new email address after it is verified.
