Hi @zhaoliang0302, The Rmarkdown is available on: https://bioinformaticsfmrp.github.io/PanCanStem_Web/ But tcgabiolinks.fmrp.usp.br/PanCanStem/ is down. I'll try publish it somewhere. I'll let you know soon.

Hi, We are also interested in mRNAsi and eager to calculate the score of my own samples asap.

Could you upload the information somewhere else? We do need it. The work is super nice.

Hello, I have read the cell paper named 'Machine Learning Identifies Stemness Features Associated with Oncogenic Dedifferentiation', and known there was 'Stemness Index Workflow' in this website-http://tcgabiolinks.fmrp.usp.br/PanCanStem/ . However, I couldn't Load this web page in my country. Could you please upload the 'Stemness Index Workflow' in your github? Many thanks.
