4 years ago This issue has already been provided by "Weird Error with TCGAbiolinks and GDCprepare function when quering isoform expression quantification data for the COAD TCGA dataset #212" but Tiago misunderstood and he was speaking about miRNA isoforms NOT mRNA transcripts!

The isoform data available in GCD were initially available only for the miRNA pipeline https://docs.gdc.cancer.gov/Data/Bioinformatics_Pipelines/miRNA_Pipeline/
Did you check the legacy database?

Thank you for your quick response! I am interested in mRNA transcript isoforms harmonized to hg38...not hg19... Any information you can provide me would be greatly appreciated ....

The Transcriptome Profiling and Isoform Expression Quantification does not give access to mRNA transcript isoform quantification but return miRNA isoforms!!!Please correct it...
