Survival data: days_to_last_follow_up value is zero for some patients #532

I have been using TCGA-READ data for my analysis. For some patients

i) the days_to_last_follow_up is zero and days_to_death is [Not Available] and vice-versa, ii) for dead patients, the days_to_last_follow_up and days_to_death are same.

Please explain the meaning of this type of data and should these IDs be included in the analysis?
