thanks, i download the clinical data from cBioPortal which have the OS(Overall Survival), DFS(Disease-Free Survival), PFS(Progression-Free Survival), DSS(Disease-Specific Survial) information, but, i found the surivival p value is so different between TCGAbiolinks OS survival analysis and cBioPortal OS survival analysis.
