All node color data from CategoryCompare has a value of "NA". #19

I'm assuming that there should be colors associated with nodes. Is this a bug? Needs clarification from someone more involved with the project.

Closing this. The only problem was that I was testing with just one sample, so there wasn't a need to color nodes.
