I note in the code https://github.com/BioinformaticsToolsmith/Identity/blob/d46ab35c447f37c1c2062fe5db73aef48a6f38e9/src/KmerHistogram.cpp#L181 there is a suggestion that "Modes other than DNA are not supported yet." and even a mode == PROTEIN https://github.com/BioinformaticsToolsmith/Identity/blob/d46ab35c447f37c1c2062fe5db73aef48a6f38e9/src/Parameters.cpp#L98
Is there any roadmap for when such functionality might be implemented?
