Numerous changes to the original BMA 1, 2 and 3 scripts. Testing the model and outputs to varying prior options. Additionally fixed the rescale species function. Finally, added a new function for calculating composite trend metrics (CompositeTrend.r), these are used to produce the UK biodiversity indicators.
