Clarify documentation on bootstrap_indicator() #35

It's not clear, when using bootstrap_indicator, that the Dataobject should not include the year column. It's counter-intuitive because rescale_species does take a column with year included.

Again, this is related to #12 and should be addressed if we standardise all the input data formats
