Vignette description of the input for lambda indicator improved and summarise_occDet.R updated to work with regional models.

I'm hoping I can get my pull request to pass Travis. When it does I will pull mine in and it will trigger this to re-build and it should pass Travis and I'll bring it in.

Had to fix a conflict with my code, now we'll see if it passes the checks
