Added options for flexibility within bma, with a new option 'rescale_indices'. This addresses Issue #45 replaced 'q' with 'CI' Also updated the documentation. Also fixed minor bug with monitoring non-existent parameters

@AugustT we should iterate the version numbers and release date.
