Fix failing tests #3

Changes to NBN atlas API has broken some of the tests. These need fixing.

Not sure how to fix failing tests:

The standard fields returned by 'occurrences' gives 'scientificNameOriginal' but not 'scientificName'. Also the standard fields don't include latitude/longitude only brings back 'longitudeOriginal', 'decimalLatitudeWGS84'.

In general, fields don't seem to match with what is expected by API documentation: https://api.nbnatlas.org/#ws4
