Unexpected SQL error trying to navigate the NPMS site today

Hi All, this is happening when trying to view my visits, my squares and all other functions through the site. This is already generating questions from volunteers. I will email a copy of the error. Thanks

I got this error from link mentioned in your email below.

The data did not load successfully. The reason given was: There was an SQL error: ERROR: index "fki_samples_updated_by_id" contains unexpected zero page at block 0 HINT: Please REINDEX it. –

Can you tell me which table is this? So I can reindex and it should work.

@BirenRathod I looked in PGAdmin, and that is listed as an index under the Indicia samples table.

@sacrevert @NPMSSupport These problems are resolved now (well Biren, Jim, John resolved them, not me) and the sites are back live.

I think the Warehouse will be doing extra processing over next few days, so there may be performance problems related to that, not sure.
