1 year ago @Sam-Amy I should add that accounts which previously had the bug where the reminder continued to show, I am not sure if they will be fixed by the change. They might fix if you resave the survey, not sure. This does not matter for when we go live as none of those accounts will have had this breakage.
So any tests should be conducted on other accounts.

I have changed the path/url/links to the form to now use the terminology "volunteer questionnaire". As there are a few of these, further checking is needed to make sure none have been missed.
I have also fixed the problem with the reminder continuing to show, although again need to do more testing. The problem was that I had previously fixed it, but then afterwards when I sometimes hid the Do Not Remind me checkbox and link on the My Account page, it broke the code. I have done 2 tests where this works now.
