Inventory spp dropdown -- push genus level down to bottom of list #319

Push genus-level options to the bottom of dropdown lists

Hi @sacrevert ,

I was just investigating #210 which involves me checking the existing functionality.

Please note the Inventory form does have a warning about the user selecting a Genus and this is activated after the user clicks Submit. If they click to continue they are warned about the Genus. I have just checked and this does work. They are given the option to Cancel the save and return to make changes (admittedly it would be better if the Genus warning was before the save confirmation, but there is probably a reason for that)

Anyway, be aware that the NPMS system does already have functionality to limit the Genus selection issue. Note this functionality is currently NPMS Inventory only, and does not apply to iRecord. I have just created an issue to get that moved onto NPMS+ https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/plantportal/issues/112

Am not suggesting we don't go ahead with the reordering, but am suggesting this is perhaps not as big an issue as it may first seem.
