Base layer mapping menus do not display properly #320

E.g. on the Request a square pages (https://www.npms.org.uk/content/request-square) the list of options is truncated:

Also, on the View/edit square pages (e.g. https://www.npms.org.uk/content/edit-landowner-info?location_id=38937), whilst the list is not truncated, some of the text is truncated:

Hi @sacrevert This is live now. For some reason the width of the Openlayers Switcher is too thin on screen on the NPMS site, even though in the code the width number is the same as other sites. I have overridden the width. Close if happy.
