Prevent information on dung & carrion species being "lost" #202

Might not be obvious to people where dung & carrion reports are, especially as some dung & carrion are reported within habitats. Two possible ways around this:

  1. create a broad biotope and habitat called "non-specific" and add the dung & carrion species from the broad resource to this so will show up with other dung & carrion reports that belong to a named habitat and broad biotope.
  2. Somehow highlight in the tabular report that the sample contains species that use dung & carrion and a full dung & carrion report can be found in tabular - other.
