Change of IEC in reports #208

The author of the IEC has been requesting a change to the way we display the IEC. IN short, it is a little confusing to have both listed and it not be 100% clear on which one we should use. Can you make the following changes:

IEC (original) – IEC (older version) IEC (revised) – IEC
