Erroneous conservation status - Monochroa hornigi #296

The moth Monochroa hornigi is listed with an IUCN status of "NA" (not applicable). This is incorrect and is probably another typo for "Na" (Nationally Scarce/Na). I wonder how many more examples of mix-ups between NA and Na there are?

@kitenetter for what it is worth, this error was originally imported from UKSI and then replaced with the same error when the improved Pantheon designation set was used to replace the UKSI ones.
