Enable GPS tracks to be added to map when creating a transect route #109

When creating a new transect, the person authorized to do this has to draw the exact route of the transect. For this, the SPRING interface offers, apart from the default (and too inexact) OpenStreet map, a Google Hybrid map. The latter makes plotting the route much easier and more exact, as then many more features of the landscape can be used to find and plot the exact route and its start and end points. However, often even this is not enough especially when one follows features of the terrain which are not unambiguously distinguishable on the Google Hybrid satellite image. The SPRING protocol defines not only a total length of exactly 500 m, but also ten sections each exactly 50 m.

Suggest to help is to enable the user toimport the GPS tracks and/or the coordinates of key points onto the map as a graphical representation (raster) only -– as another layer on top of the map layer – in order to facilitate the manual drawing of the transect's sections on top of the imported raster.
